KC Discount Policy

KC HiLiTES offers discounts in the form of coupon codes and an annual Black Friday event. See below for terms and conditions of use. Some exlusions do apply.

Terms & Conditions

• Offers are valid on www.kchilites.com only.
• When there is an expiration date on a coupon or sale event, the offer expires at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
• If indicated, one-time use promo codes can only be redeemed once.
• Coupon code must be applied at the time of purchase.
• Coupon codes are not stackable, only one coupon code can be applied per order.
• Discounts are applied full-price items only.
• Generally, promotional offers are limited to stock on hand and backorderable items, are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
• Influencer promo codes can be discontinued at any time.

Restrictions & Exclusions

Discounts are applied to full-price items only for domestic orders online. This means that during any site-wide sale events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, all coupon codes will be temporarily disabled. Coupon codes will be reactivated once the sale event ends. Also excluded from discounts are any new lighting products in their first year of release. Exclusions will be lifted 365 days after their release date.

Exceptions

• If a warranty discount is offered on a newer product for a discontinued product.
• Limited-time events such a show discount may have relaxed restrictions

International Checkout Restriction

At this time, discounts are not offered on International Checkout. When you are placing an order through our 3rd party International Checkout Portal, the syncing of coupon codes do not work. Any attempts to work around the limitations can result in the order getting canceled.

Shipping Offers

All orders of $50 or more that are shipping to addresses in the contiguous United States get free standard shipping. Exclusions apply. See free shipping details and exclusions

Warranty/Replacements

Occasionally shipments get lost and do not reach their destination. Promo codes offered as courtesy discounts for store credit expire within 30 days after the date of issue.

Or a product under warranty period has been discontinued. At the discretion of customer service, you may be issued promo code to replace your product, or upgrade to a better product at a discount.
