This 2 day course is designed as an introduction to power, rank and leadership, its principles and how you can explore them to be personally effective as a leader. It is an experiential course enabling people to learn from their own experience and at their own pace.
The course runs from 9.30am on day 1 until about 5pm on day 2 and costs just £95 which includes two lunches and one night's accommodation.
